The best lobster noodle in Perth. This dish keeps us going back to this restaurant multiple times throughout the year 🤩🤩🤩

Pinn’s palace doesn’t exactly extrude grandeur when you walk in, but it does fill your nostrils with the smells of an Asian restaurant or kitchen. Walk-ins are served quickly due to quick turnarounds on tables. I booked a table and skipped the queue. The wait staff are friendly and service is alright. Serving portions are decent in size and you’d struggle to finish it all! I ordered: Pinn’s Tofu - Cantonese styled. Tasty and quality egg tofu. Recommend. Sizzling Chilli Beef - this tasted good with very tender beef and the taste of chilli but it brought the overall rating down because it didn’t arrive sizzling. It arrived as a cooked dish on a hot plate. Kai Chou Vegetables - cooked in garlic sauce. Yummy! Chrysanthemum Tea - nothing to really rave about. Normal :) I would come back again at some point.

Second time back for dim sum Decided to try after rage raves on Facebook Dim sum quality quite average - Radish cake for example was in huge, soggy and salty blocks, without "wok hei" (char) - Char siew puff tasted cold and the pastry soggy, almost like an old pastry that had been sitting for hours - Soft shell crab also soggy - Fried dough and prawn cheong fun was was bit bland and the pastry again, soggy Other dishes including the pork ribs was also bland Additionally waiting staff forgot our crispy pancake order multiple times, before finally delivering it after us asking In no hurry to return

We had a very enjoyable meal here. Everything tasted fantastic and the serving sizes were huge. We definitely ordered a lot of food but it was great to try everything. We highly recommend it

Dinner was very nice. And there was no wait for food to be served and with a smile from the Waitress. About 6 dishes was ordered which came out in quick succession. Overall, dinner was enjoyable. Sorry no photos. I forget to post photos when the food is good.

Our first time for dimsum lunch in over 2 years, and we enjoyed our experience. The restaurant is spacious with ample sitting at 1115am on a weekend & we were seated immediately with no waiting. We wrote our order on the paper as the dishes were all steamed or cooked to order by the kitchen. Some might missed the authentic dimsum experience with the steam trolley of goodies at other dimsum restaurants. Most of the dimsum we ordered were fresh and tasty enough for our kids to finish too. The prices were comparatively reasonable too, and we would be happy to return and try the dinner dishes next time.

Good food and great service. We love the Pinn’s homemade tofu. We also got Peking duck 2 ways, Tiger prawns glass noodle and garlic kangkong (vegetable dish) and will definitely come back again.

Great food however terrible service. The older lady who served us spilt our drink while serving us and clicked her tongue. No apologies or smile. They don't wheel the cart around like most dimsum place.
